Account locked for a second time (again)

    I tried 3 browsers. Password changed. Account is STILL locked. Please advise. Thanks.

    Greetings Joel,

    Accounts enabled with HIPAA Compliance are being lockout due to multiple failed login attempts.

    I've activated your account, you should be able to login now. However, please kindly make sure you have already reset your password and try to log in only with correct/updated password to avoid lockout again. 

    Please give a try and let me know if the issue still persists.

    Hi Joel! Your account is not locked from our end now. Can you please tell us what error you see while logging in?

    Please attach screenshot of the error as well using this guide.
