How do I make the questions required so it doesn’t let you continue unless you answer the questions?

I noticed there was a submission submitted, but how do I make the submission not anonymous so I know who it’s coming from, and make the questions required so it doesn’t let you continue unless you answer the questions.

You can make a field required by enabling the required option from Properties > General > Required
