Can Jotform do the following?

I am consulting for a law firm with a variety of legal forms with fillable fields but no "intelligence".

We would like to create a detailed Jotform interview process for clients to fill out on-line.

We would like to capture the data from the interview process and have it fill in the fields on the corresponding fillable PDF form. (sample screenshot attached)

Can Jotform perform this task? Do you have a video tutorial that will demonstrate this process? I have viewed a number of Jotform videos but have not seen anything that is definitive.

We are looking to make a purchasing decision shortly and would appreciate your assistance.

Once imported, you can make any desired customization and adjustments. Once ready, you can share it with anyone using form URL to fill out:

You can also set up Email notifications and you'll be able to get emails whenever you receive a response from your web forms including checking them out from almost anywhere:

If you want the submitters to get a copy of the data they have submitted on your form, then you will need to set up an Autoresponder Email:
