Why is my form over quota?

    I dont know why this is happening, I have just paid for a subscription a couple weeks ago via BlueSnap...

    I have tested your form, and I was able to open it without any problems. 

    However, your account is currently in free mode. Can you please let us know are you referring to some other account?

    That is the problem, this account should not be in free mode I bought a subscription. The PO was processed through BlueSnap…

    It seems the PO was sent on May 18, 2020. Unfortunately, I am unable to trace this PO or any payment for this PO. 

    Have you sent the payment to BlueSnap? When was the payment sent? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the payment confirmation and we will contact BlueSnap to trace the payment.
