It seems the PO was sent on May 18, 2020. Unfortunately, I am unable to trace this PO or any payment for this PO.
Have you sent the payment to BlueSnap? When was the payment sent? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the payment confirmation and we will contact BlueSnap to trace the payment.
