Emailing and receiving contract form signatures?

Do you have any applications that would allow you to create something that you could send to get an electronic signature for someone to sign and send back to you?

What you can do is send the form to the user to sign. Once they sign the online form a PDF document would be generated.

In the autoresponder, attach the PDF copy for your clients to review.
