When I try to Add Emails to Notification it still only shows that I have notificationAsked by Realvisionz on July 02, 2013 at 11:07 AM
I'm trying to send the form to other emails for notifications but I'm not able to
I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with that. You have set up two notification in your form which send email notification to "firstname.lastname@example.org" and "email@example.com".
I see that the emails are getting delivered to one of the email id:
/var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[01/Jul/2013:16:21:15 -0400] 31815650817860 AmazonSES Sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org - MessageID:0000013f9be57d07-424674cf-3c64-44fc-b64f-afd91a36b2c6-000000 - RequestId:c7dc6f71-e28b-11e2-8860-a5b861eb366d
I see that emails are not getting delivered to "email@example.com". Here is the log for your reference:
/var/log/mail.log:Jul 1 16:00:31 us-app2 sm-mta: r61K0I4r019191: to=<firstname.lastname@example.org>, delay=00:00:13, xdelay=00:00:13, mailer=esmtp, pri=124779, relay=mailstore1.secureserver.net. [220.127.116.11], dsn=5.0.0, stat=Service unavailable
Is it possible for you to use a different email id and see if you are able to receive emails?
