How to format question label?

We'd like to include a question on the survey that involves 'long' copy with 'bullet point' formatting. When we cut and paste text into the survey  - the format is destroyed.  Because this is long copy - the formatting is important to enhance readability.  Please provide suggestions on how to deal with this.Thanks much  Get matched with a licensed cannabis advisor
