    Can i ask for signatures on the applications once they are completed ?

    Yes, you can ask signature in your form, here's the guide: How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form

    However, if the form is already submitted, you can send them the edit link for their submission and advise them to sign the form.
