Account disabled

    When will my account be not disabled?? It said monthly limit and I don’t know how I reached the limit quickly but also deleted some old submissions

    I see your account is currently on the bronze plan, if you were on the free status, I think you may have reached the file uploads limit, I see your form has currently 8 submissions and upon checking on our records, all the current files seem to be related to those submissions. 

    You may delete the data in order to clear up the used upload space, before proceeding, you may download the data, these guides will help you to do so:
