PayPal integration is not accepting donations

    Hi there! My team is trying to complete an integration of our PayPal account with Jotform, to accept donations for an upcoming digital event. There seems to be an issue where the application isn't completing or going through, can you help with this?

    If yes, I checked the form and the payment type is set to Sell Products. Please try choosing the Collect Donation and test the form again. If the issue still persists, please let us know.

    Got it, thanks so much for your response! The reason we had selected "Sell
    products" is because for this event, we have specific donation amounts that
    are required for different levels of involvement. Can you give some insight
    as to how best to offer those different donation payment amounts?

    The payment type I used is to sell products. Do you want the donation price to be blank and let the user add the amount they want?

    No, we want to give them predetermined options for the donation amounts,
    just as you did in this demo. The issue is that when we select "Sell
    Products" as the payment type, it won't let us proceed with creating the
    options.

    In order to add products to the payment field, you need to connect PayPal to your form. Upon checking your form, it is not connected at the moment. After you connect it, click the Save button.

    Yes, that is the issue. We went through the whole process of connecting our
    account, logged in and everything and this issue is still arising. Any
    suggestions on how to work around this if the account setup portion is the
    problem?

    It could be a cache issue. Please open an Incognito tab, login to the account, and open the form in the builder. Connect your Paypal account there.

    This happens to me sometimes and doing this appears to be effective.

    Hi John!
    I gave that a try and still got the same response (see attached
    screenshot). I've tried logging in and out several times with no luck.

    If you are receiving the error about account limitations, the problem is probably with your PayPal account. Please click here to read more information regarding it.

    I just wanted to follow up, because I went through all of the recommended
    steps to remove limits on my paypal account, and am still experiencing the
    same issue with the jotform integration. Any help would be greatly
    appreciated as we are now delayed in launching our very important
    fundraiser.

    Can you please try to create a new test form and add PayPal integration there? Does the same error shown in the second form as well? Does this error happen when you click the Submit button or when you try to add the integration? Does it appear if you try to submit the form from the incognito window as well? Have you tried to contact PayPal support?
