Mobile Forms App: Form showing generic thank you page instead of configured one

    Question 1 - conditional logic

I am trying to use the conditional logic feature on a 3 question pre-visit questionnaire clients will fill out before receiving treatments and can not get it to work the way I want it to.

One one of the questions is if they have a fever.  If they respond yes, then upon submission of the form it should take them to a custom message "See an associate. We will need to reschedule your appointment".

I believe I have it set up correctly. I can get it to change to the custom message after submitting it when I am on my desktop. But when I put it on an iPad in kiosk mode it goes directly to the generic thank you for your submission (sometimes I think it flashes super fast before going to the thank you page).

Question 2 - Thank you page

When in the settings tab of my form I created a thank you page.  However, it does not come up after people click submit.  The generic thank you for your submission pops up.

How do I get my custom thank you page to show after a submission that does not have any conditional logistic usage in it?

    Thank you!

It seems that the conditional and custom thank you pages are not currently supported within the Mobile Forms app. It should work properly outside of the app.

I am forwarding a ticket to our developers on your behalf to see if this is something that can be improved. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA on when this will be addressed, but we will let you know if we have any updates on this.
