HIPAA Compliant Forms

    I followed the instructions you sent in the email to upgrade to HIPAA compliance but i'm still getting the same message. See my screenshot.

    To complete the HIPAA compliance activation on your account, you need to first uncheck "Encryption- Create new forms as encrypted forms" on your JotForm account Data settings page. And also disable Encrypted data on your form Settings.

    And also, turn off the data encryption on your form by setting the "Encrypt Form Data" option to No.

    Try this and let us know if you continue to have problems.
