got in once and then it locked out again

    Hi,

    It let me reset and then it said I logged in 5 times and wouldn't let me in again.  this is so frustrating!!!!!

     Hi @Leigh,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. HIPAA compliance accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. If you recently reset your password, please make sure you are using the most updated one. I have now flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now. Let us know if you are still unable to access your account.
