How to skip pages

I need help with my form. I had added a conditional logic for two categories (School Based Non-Instructional (Ops, Security, Building) & SST Network) to skip pages 6,7 & 8 but to display page 9. It won't do it.

What could have I done wrong?

I checked your conditions, and it seems that instead of actually skipping to the page, it is set up to hide the fields instead:

To achieve what you intend to, use the actual skip page condition:
