Still issues with prepopulation and financials of this form! Not getting the help I need!!!

I need this to be functional this week and so far the suggestions offered have not provided a solution. Here is the issue:

    1. When I first prepopulated the form I was told that it wouldnt work because financial information was being solicited. So I set up accounts at both Stripe and Authorize.net because was told that Authorize.net allowed Ach info to be inputted on the form. This appears NOT to be the case

    2. Why do the math calculations stop working when the form prepopulates?

    3. How does the client enter either CC info or Ach info using authorize.net?

HELP!!!!! This has been weeks of back and forth to get this one form functional. Hitting a wall and thinking about leaving Jotform over it.

    Many thanks!

The ACH payments are not available within our Authorize.Net and Stripe integrations. However, the ACH payments are supported with the following integrations:

    eCheck.Net (by Authorize.Net)

    Stripe ACH Manual

    Stripe ACH (with Plaid)

    2. Why do the math calculations stop working when the form prepopulates?

The calculation formulas in JotForm do not need the = equal signs. Please remove the = signs from all formulas, and then test the form again.

This is not possible to have multiple payment methods in the same form. You may consider using two forms, one with the Credit Card payment method, and another one with the ACH payment method.

Once you complete the form, you may clone the form, and integrate it with a different payment method, so you will have two similar forms with different payment methods.
