I created a feedback form for my members and emailed it out today, but it is not showing on my jotform page as a form I have created nor that I have been active in the account, which I was in 24 hours ago? Please advise.

drafted several years ago and a board meeting form drafted most recently.
Both I need long term for records.

account I typically use is under my director account. I'm not sure how that
happened. My director account is paid for as I needed more services. The
forms are all under that account. I don't even recall signing up a second
account? I assume the adpohl1@gmail.com is the "free" jotform service?

Yes, adpohl1@gmail.com account is on a free subscription. You may deactivate it if you do not want to keep it.
