I created a feedback form for my members and emailed it out today, but it is not showing on my jotform page as a form I have created nor that I have been active in the account, which I was in 24 hours ago?  Please advise.

Could you please let us know the missing form URL so that we can check it for you.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

Since I can't find them, I don't know the url. I had tvmrc application form
drafted several years ago and a board meeting form drafted most recently.
Both I need long term for records.

This is the only form in your account:

    https://form.jotform.com/200934611229046

You said you emailed the form to your members so is this the form you emailed?

Do you want the previous submissions records for this form?

Could you please share more details on your concern.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

My apologies. Somehow I logged in under adpohl1@gmail.com account but the
account I typically use is under my director account. I'm not sure how that
happened. My director account is paid for as I needed more services. The
forms are all under that account. I don't even recall signing up a second
account? I assume the adpohl1@gmail.com is the "free" jotform service?

Yes, adpohl1@gmail.com account is on a free subscription. You may deactivate it if you do not want to keep it.

So were you able to find the missing form in your another account?
