If so, I was able to confirm that the uploaded image is found on the submissions page.

Now, if you mean you weren't able to view it via the email notification that you received, I just checked that the account's Privacy Setting has been set to "Enabled". It means that the attachments can only be viewed if you are logged on to the said account.

Please try disabling it by going to the account's settings and uncheck the following options:
