PDF email attachment showing up blank.

    Hello,

    Over the past two weeks we have had 3+ patients submit forms that are appearing blank. We have required fields and I am not able to replicate the issue but that does not change that we did receive blank forms. Please kindly advise.

    Is your form embedded on any website? If yes, please share the URL of the website.

    Also, please let us know the submission id for the blank submissions.

    We appreciate your reply. The Jotform is not embedded in any web site. It has just been inconsistent--it is working great and then for a handful of people it is not working when they submit and we receive blank forms on multiple occasions. How can I locate the submission ID?

    thank you for sending us the IDs. I've checked all three but on my end, they contain data:

    Can you please tell us where they are appearing blank? If it seems blank on the submission page for you I would recommend that you clear your browser's cache and try again.

    Thank you for your reply. When we received these submissions via email, the PDF attachments were blank. We are able to view the submission data in the portal.
