I created a new form, embedded it on my site, and all looks/works fine.
However, the submissions are never sent to me via email. I can only see the messages when I log into Jotform.
I tested the form myself after finding out someone submitted the form and I did not get the email, my email never comes through.

Fixed. Set sender to noreply.

I see that the notification email was delivered. Here is the log for your reference:

Yep, that is the test one I just submitted. the other 3 never got through.
