Sentence containing answerable parts

Hi,

I need to enter a sentence containing answerable parts. For example: I acknowledge I have read SWP No: ...(insert number)... and can apply the procedures to tasks ...(insert number)... through to ...(insert number)...

Could you please advise how I can do this.
