Cannot download individual PDF

Hi,

For one of our forms, we have consistently been unable to download a PDF of a single submission. I can create a PDF of all submissions, but not of individual submissions. We used to be able to do this but for some reason, it stopped and we have not been able to figure out why. The PDF button is there but doesn't do anything when we click on it.

Can you please call or email me to help resolve this issue?

The PDF button in the picture below is how I'm trying to download the PDF.

My apologies, I just noticed that you have a HIPAA account, as such, I cannot access the submissions page.

Can you please share a step by step screenshot of what happened? After clicking the PDF, it should redirect you to the PDF Editor which provides you the option to download the PDF.

Alternatively, you can go directly to your PDF Editor page, or on your Inbox page for other means of downloading a PDF copy.

Hi Vanessa,

The previous screenshot that I sent is as far as I can get. When I click the PDF button, it doesn't redirect to the PDF editor. Our other forms do redirect to the PDF editor when I click the PDF button, but form some reason this one form doesn't.

then in the PDF Editor, you can download the individual PDF document.
