Reached monthly limit

If I reached my monthly limit in May, will it start over in June?

My form was disabled for May because of mass usage but now that it’s June the form doesn’t seem to be working still. Can someone please help me immediately 

Monthly limit resets every first of the month. However, there are other limits that are not considered monthly, as such, depending on such limit, you may need to delete submissions, free up space or upgrade.
