    Hello,

I started a Daily Shift Hand-off form on here. I am trying to figure out the best way to make this work. I need different people throughout the day to complete one of these on their shift. So, just about every day there will be at least 3 of these filled out.

What do you recommend? I am trying to make it as simple as possible for them. I do not have a webpage to post this one. As of right now, they are just sending an email at the end of their shift.

Also, we use a product called FreshService. This is a ticketing software application. Is there a way to make a call to FreshService to get the ticket count and place it on my form?

    Thanks

You do not need a webpage to use form. You can share your form's direct URL with your users who will be submitting your form. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's direct URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

Once they access form with URL, they will be able to input data in form and submit it. The data will be captured and you can go to your form's submission page to view all the data you have received in form. The following guide should help you how to view submission data: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

On your question related to FreshService, we do not have any direct integration but you can take advantage of Zapier integration to connect to FreshService: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/freshservice

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.
