How I can assign new owner for the form

I believe you want to change the ownership of a form. If yes, we can move/transfer the form from your account to the other person's JotForm account. Then, the form ownership will be transferred.

Please review and if this is what you are referring to, you can provide us the form URL/ID to be transferred and also the recipient account username.
