Not able to log in to my account

    Hi there,

    I am not able to log in to my account - I am receiving an error message: email or password is wrong.

    I am sure both, email and password are correct. However, I've clicked on Forgot password and requested to send it to my account. Unfortunatelly, I haven't receive any email from you (I've checked the spam).

    Could you please solve that issue.
