How do I allow multiple people access to the submissions on a particular form while keeping other forms and their submissions private?

    Hi,

    I cannot find the answer in your manual but perhaps you can point me to it. 

    I use a few forms to help my team communicated and to submit details of new business prospects. We also have the occasional HR form. The new business for I want everyone to see and be able to edit, whether they created the submission or not. The HR forms I want to be private with no access to anyone other than me.

    If you want to share a form's submissions with multiple people, you can do so from your Form submission page as explained here: How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page 

    If you want people to edit forms, you can use the Form collaborate feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration 

    Else, we have a sub user feature by which you can share a form's access rights with people, as explained in this link, but that feature is only available for JotForm Enterprise plans.

    When I go to Submissions, here is what my page looks like. There is no GEAR
    icon so I cannot follow your recommendation on setting the page to ‘Make
    This Page Public’.

    Unfortunately, your requirement can only be achieved with the enterprise plan using sub-accounts.
