How do I reset the password?

hi can you help me i think i have messed up

i have built i website with weebly and we have used   the free jotform in it when i built the site i used my email address for the account and this need to be in someone else name and not mine 

martinjudith@btinternet.com

i have tried a few time to changer the username and  the password which all need clearing now there seems 3 or 4

the user for the account is judith or you can use the email adress below 

and if you can give her a password which she can change later on that be great when she log on 

there email adress is  martinjudith@btinternet.com

The username for the account with the email id is Judithwoolven. Do you want to change the username or the email id?
