How can I add a field for a 'keyword' that must be filled in correctly before you can submit the form?  Like a password...

    Kindly note that there are several ways to achieve what you're after, here are two ways:

    1. Using conditional logic to hide all form fields including Submit button if a certain field value is not equal to "X". Here's my demo form for this method:

    The code is 12345 which you have to enter to be able to fill and submit the form.

    2. Using the "Spreadsheet to Form" widget to validate user's input against a spreadsheet you've aready uploaded to the widget to check if user's input is a value in that spreadsheet or not.
