Issue connecting with my Square account.

    I'm having problems integrating Square payments into my forms. I authenticate my square account in the integration wizard and I get a success message, but the form still keeps showing the 'connect to square' button and tells me I need to connect my account. Any ideas?

    Please try the suggestions below and see if that helps.
    1). Clear your form cache and browser cache.
    2). Try using other browsers
    3). Try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).
    I would also suggest that you try logging in to your Square account via web and see if you are able to access your account.

    Hi Jed,
    Switching to Firefox in private browsing mode and clearing form cache worked, but I don’t typically use firefox as the Jotform experience in firefox is kind of laggy. Shame it doesn’t work in Safari, as I’ve had no other problems.

    Private Browsing is also possible on Safari. I suggest you give it a try:
