The form information is not appearing in our Authorize.Net Account

    Hi, I have created a form, entered the Authorize.Net API Login ID and Transaction Key, but no information shows up in Authorize, either in transactions or the CIM.

    I checked the box to authorize only.  We would like to use the form to get credit cards to put on file only - this using the Authorize.Net Customer Information Manager.

    Greetings and thank you for your message.

    After checking your form, I can see that your form has only one product and that is free. To edit the product price, you can click the edit link:

    You will be able to update the price from here:

    Don't forget to save the product changes after you are done updating it.

    Please try to update the product price or add a new product, and let us know if you are still facing issues.
