Problem with notification mail

    Hi Jotform team,

    When I receive a notification email and I edit this submission with the special edit mail link, I then receive a new notification email that confirms this editing but the width of the columns no longer takes into account the notification template and therefore it gives a first column too narrow. How can I make sure that the layout of my confirmation mail always remains the same?

    Hi Vincent,

    Thanks for your help but no it doesn't change anything.

    If you define the width of the columns the first notification you receive is ok, but then try to click on the "edit link" in this notification mail, go to page 9 (the last oone) type the "Code gestionnaire" = vh53 and at the question "Quelle est votre recommandatio n?" select the option 5. Send the form and check the new "Edit notification mail..." you will receive you will see that the width as change.

    Greetings and thank you for your reply.

    I have tested my colleague's solution, and it resolved the problem, even with the steps you have provided.

    If you update the table by following his steps, the width of the table will be fixed, and it won't be set dynamically.

    Please try it out, and let us know if it resolved your problem.
