Quiz answer was always marked incorrect

Hi,

i have made a self corrected quiz and there is one question that always gets marked incorrect even though i have selected the right option. I have tried deleting the question and re-adding it but it still does the same thing. 

We apologize for inconvenience. I checked on your form and I noted that the question/field and the answer options sometimes users different and mixed languages.

It could be the issue had to do with the mixed languages.

Can you please try first modifying that specific field/question in the Quiz to consistenly use the same language.

Example in your screenshot, can you make the answer also in English. 

You can change temporarily while still testing the form only.

Let us know if issue persist even after doing these already.
