Why am I unable to have an encrypted form transferred to HIPAA?

The following issue(s) was found on your forms.

New Patient Registration Encrypted forms cannot be reviewed.

This refers to the encryption feature enabled on your form, the encryption method on HIPAA accounts is different and it's not compatible with the regular encryption. 

I would recommend you to kindly turn off the encryption on your form in order to proceed, you can do this on the form settings:
