I have a problem with your forms. I have sent two questions. Have not received any response from anyone. I will try once more, then I disown you...
When I tested the form, the response data that came in my email was not from my form, but from the SAMPLE form that I used to create my form. The correct data was sent to JotForm, parked under SUBMISSIONS, but I never received that data in my email. How to fix, please!!!!!

You are not understanding the problem. I DID get an email. The problem is that it was not for MY form. It was as if I had used the SAMPLE survey form at JotForm. MY form is an investor survey, created from the sample SPORTS CLUB SURVEY form. When I tested my form, I received an email with the questions and answers from the original SPORTS CLUB SURVEY. However, the correct responses to my test WERE sent to JOTFORM, and landed in the SUBMISSIONS box. I do not want to keep receiving SPORTS CLUB SURVEYS in my email, nor do I want to have to go to JotForm 20 times a day to collect my surveys.
