I am getting an error message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed"

    I have been using this form to create customer appointments without any issue.  I often have clients that want to just make an appointment while I am on the phone with them, however, the form won't let me fill out the information for them from my computer.  I have sent a screen shot of the error message I get.

    Any ideas?

    Hi, that error is showing, because the Unique Submission setting is enabled: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form


    If you want to disable it, please set it to "No Check". Let us know if you need more help.
