One of my forms has dissapeared.

I was logged on 4 days ago and I recall seeing my order form for "grazing boards" however now i cant find it and it seems it was deleted and isn't in the archives. Would you be able to help me retrieve this lost form ? or is it gone forever? Im not sure how this happened.

Could you please check the Trash Folder in you inbox? Deleted forms are stored in trash folder for 30 days before finally removed from our servers. 

I've checked your account and there's a form with similar name you provided in Trash Folder. If this is the one you lost, simply click restore next to it and it will be back to your inbox as shown below:
