Account Access: lockout due to multiple failed login attempts

    My account is locked. I have reset the password. However, it is still showing as locked.

    Greetings Lauren,

    Accounts enabled with HIPAA Compliance are being lockout due to multiple failed login attempts. 

    I've activated your account, you should be able to login now. Please make sure to access with a correct account credentials to avoid lockout again.

    Let us know if you still can't login your account.
