One of the submissions on my JotForm disappeared. Can I recover it?

    Hi. I was checking the submissions on one of my JotForms and one has disappeared. Is there a way I can recover it? 

    On the main screen it shows 11 submissions and there are only 10 in the file. I did see 11 there yesterday and today there are only 10. The submission that disappeared was made on June 2 around 8:30pm MST.

    Hi,

    You can try the  Revision History tool and revert your form to a previously saved point. It will restore the previous submission data as well.

    Another way to regain the submission data is via the submission email.

    You can review the submission email of your form in your sent email history logs.
