Questions regarding non-profit account.

    Hello

    My boss emailed you about a non profit account.  From what I understand we have been approved, BUT we are still not sure if this will be the best thing for us as an organization.

    I do love the concept.  My questions are many but my first one would be in the kiosk mode, is there a way to test it before we end up commiting to JotForm and paying the $50 a month.  With the COVID rules and regulations we are thinking of putting together a JotForm for our employees to fill out before they start their shift.  With that said depending on what they answer, we would want a notification to go to their direct supervisor so we would then know if they are going to show up for their shift or not.  Are we able to set up the kiosk mode to different emails getting the notification or can it only be one email for the notifications.  Since their are different shifts and times that our staff will be working how can we tie that into JotForm.  

    Is there a phone number that I can call to discuss this with an actual person than all by email.  We just have so many questions to make  sure that this is what will work for us.  With being Non-profit, we have to make smart decisions on where our money is allocated to.

    Jotform has a Free plan, you can test it and create forms without paying monthly subscription. If you decide that Jotform is right for your organization, you can proceed on the paid plan.

    As for the kiosk mode, it's possible to setup a kiosk mode. To do so, please refer to this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/571-How-to-Use-Kiosk-Mode-in-JotForm-Mobile-Forms.

    For the notification, you can add multiple recipient for paid plans. Please check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
