What products are your customers using to manage backend processes?

    United Way ATX is looking at using Jotform to collect HIPAA-sensitive data in an application from individuals to receive financial assistance. Once they have completed the form, we will need to track where they are in the process on the back end (i.e. all eligibility documentation has been submitted and is approved, the applicant is approved for funding, the amount of funds awarded, when the funds were distributed, etc.). 

    I am curious what tools/products your other clients are using to manage these types of processes that integrate with JotForm.

    You can log in to your Jotform account to manage the submissions data but that's only for submitted forms. If you're going to track their progress, you can Continue Forms Later option in your form. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Autofill-on-Forms. Their progress can be tracked when you open their session link listed on My Drafts section on your My Forms page. 

    You can also use Analytics to analyze your traffic and understand more about your customers https://www.jotform.com/form-analytics/.
