Hi
I have to come back on the issue, that PDF is not attached in NOTIFICATION Emails becaus of file bigger than 5MB...
I have done what you suggested (removed photos as attachments).
But the problem still persists... I do not understand, what makes the file size that big (must be photos). The frustrating thing is, that when I download the PDF manually from PDF-Editor, the total size of the PDF is just 355 KB!
It is really unconfortable to do the donwload manually and it disturbes the easy process, I was used to...I do work with Jotform and my forms since years and I never experienced this problem. It's only about 2-3 monthes, that this causes problems...
Dose not make any sense to me...
Thank you for taking care.
Best regards, Markus

I've tried sending submitting a test on this form https://www.jotform.com/form/200394757101349 and I was able to receive an email with PDF attached to it.
Can you please confirm if you are able to receive a notification with PDF attachment?
Looking forward for your response.

Hi Jed
Thanks for your reply. Yes I got the PDF attachment.
BUT I can understand, why it worked in your example...
The difference was, that you did not upload image files, as all my customers do.
There are 3 Photo-Fields where people can upload up to 4 photos. The maximum size has been limited to 5500 kb.
Normally, people do upload 6-8 photos to this form. I can't tell you, what initial file-size the uploaded images had, but when I download the PDF, the total file size does not exceed 1 MB, even if there are 6-8 photos on the report.
May I ask you to do the same test while uploading 6-8 images with a file size around 3-5 MB each?
BTW... 5 MB email limitation... Are there still providers that do limit their traffic to 5MB? I feel back in the year 2000
Thank you, Markus

I have done several tests. I confirm that it is because of the size of the email. I noticed that all the uploads were sent with the notification email so after disabling the Send Uploads as Attachments option, I could successfully receive the PDF attachment.
It is still enabled in your form:
Let us know if the issue persists after disabling the Send Uploads as Attachment option. We will be glad to help.
