Duplicated API submissions

    We've had multiple instances of the same form being submitted up to 5 consecutive times each with a unique submission ID.  

    Our API calls for submissions and then sets to delete them within Jotform.  

    What could be the cause of this? Is this a common problem?

    Hello Jeff - The issue could be with how you call the API. It might have been triggered multiple times, thus created multiple submissions.

    Can you share with us an example of the API that you are using so we can try and replicate it on our end?
