Account Suspended

    Hi My account is suspended. It was suspended a week ago and you let me back in. I disabled the forms that were against you license agreement. Did I do something wrong ? The forms are disabled. Do I need to completely delete them? If so please let me know and please reactivate my account so I can take care of it.

    I see the fields are still stored on your account, although they are disabled they still trigger the anti-phishing system. We will need to delete the guilty fields mentioned on this ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2347181

    Kindly confirm so we can proceed on our end.

    Yes you can delete the credit card fields. Sorry I thought disabling the forms was what I needed to do
