Where can I find bounce back information?

    Hi 

    I sent an autoresponder email that the person didn't get due to an error in the spelling of the email.  Where can I see the bounce back email/info?

    Hi there - You can browse all the emails sent from your account by navigating through My Account > History > Emails.

    Yes, I looked where you recommended and the status is sent.
    However, the email address isn't correct because when I send an email to
    that email address, it bounced back.
    So where in jotform does it tell me that the email came back?
    Does your system know when an email doesn't actually go through?

    Yes, I looked where you recommended and the status is sent. However, the email address isn't correct because when I send an email to that email address, it bounced back.

    You can enable Send on Edit in your Autoresponder and then edit the submission to correct the email address. Once you re-submit it, it will send another notification to the submitter.

    Alternatively, if you've found the submission in your Email History, you can copy the information there and send it to the correct email address via your own email client (i.e. Gmail).

    So where in jotform does it tell me that the email came back? Does your system know when an email doesn't actually go through?

    Unfortunately, you won't be notified if your submitter didn't receive the email due to incorrect spelling. However, if the correct email is found on our Bounce List, you can remove them by following this guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
