Account Suspended due to Credit Card details collection

    Can you review my account so I can be unsuspended? Thank you! I am not sure why I was suspended. Have a great evening.

    Your account is currently suspended. This form (https://www.jotform.com/build/201526141315038) triggered the suspension.

    Collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

    You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.
