Receiving duplicate submissions

    I just started using jotforms today. I have had multiple submission duplicates. I have cleaned up the list a bit, but it just keeps happening. And those submissions count towards my totals. I included a screenshot. You can see, one client has 3 submissions. I asked her and she only submitted once. Please fix this. If it isn't fixed, I will find another provider.

    Duplicate submissions were triggered when the form was filled out using a mobile app browser and if the thank-you page was reloaded. If this is the same case with your form, I suggest disabling "Allow Auto Browser AutoComplete" in your form settings.
    Let us know if you still receiving duplicate submissions after disabling that option.

    The duplicate submissions problem is now resolved. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
