So we need to add the custom js at the form builder, but I couldn't find where or how to do this.

Unfortunately it is not possible to add custom JavaScript code in form for security reasons. If you want to add custom JavaScript code in your form, you need to download your form's full source code and add the JS code. The following guide should help you how to download your form's full source code: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Please note that once your add custom JS code in form's source code, you will have to host the form in your own server.

    Hope this helps.
