Print Petition content and all Signatures

We created a Petition and would like to print the Petition content once, and then all the Signatures (form submissions) beneath it to send a physical copy to the parties being petitioned.

This does not seem possible with any of the reporting or download capabilities, and should be a basic function of a petition.
