    Since your "Expiry date" field can only contain digits, the slash triggers an error message

    To user yourstay (Juliette):

    The "Expiry date" field in your form will only accept numbers and as such, if a user enters the slash which separates the month and year, the error shown in the screenshot below will be triggered:

    To correct this, delete the field and replace it with a text box.
