how to extract the country of submission

I need to extract the country from which the survey is given, how to do that?

Hello Mike - Could you please provide us a bit more details of what you're trying to accomplish? 

Do you perhaps wish to only download submissions from a specific country? I have checked the only form on your account and it doesn't seem to have a "Country" field on it.
